Dermal FXTM stands by the quality of their products and wants your utmost satisfaction. Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it for credit or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one. But we ask that you follow these few reasonable guidelines:
- Products must have been purchased directly from Dermal FXTM (our website or customer service line. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please refer to the place of purchase for their return policy.)
- Products must be returned within 30 days of order date.
- In order to receive a refund, you must obtain a return authorization form. You can obtain this form by calling 248-341-3401 and speak to our customer service representative. Please include the return authorization form and the unused product with your return.
- We cannot accept returns on overly used products.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Products specified as non-returnable cannot be returned.

Credit will be issued toward your account upon the receipt of returned goods that are accompanied by the required information noted above. Any expedited shipping charges incurred are non-refundable.
In the event that an error was made in the processing or shipping of your order, please contact us at 248-341-3401 within five (5) business days of the receipt of your order.
